Hypnotherapy
Are you ready to
Experience permanent and fast transformation in as few as one to three sessions.
Hypnotherapy is meditation with a goal. Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to bring you into a relaxed state where you can work on the goals that are most important to you.
Hypnosis is a natural state we go into every day. Hypnosis is a method that produces increased awareness of the unconscious mind, heightened sense of suggestibility, and deep relaxation to access the subconscious mind without resistance. This allows for brain wave state shifts to take place to promote wellness and recovery. Hypnotherapy does not access willpower but has the amazing ability to utilize the power of imagination and effect a change in reality by accessing the subconscious mind.
“Hypnosis is a way of directly accessing the subconscious mind so that clients can understand what is running their unwanted behaviors and then become free of them, through a process of suggestion that bypasses the conscious mind and the critical factor, allowing the mind to accept a suggestion, it would previously have not accepted.” – Marisa Peer, Feb 2017
Hypnosis is the state from which you can make extremely powerful changes in your life because it is the state in which you are the most receptive, creative, and intuitive.
THE POWER OF HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy and healing injuries
Hypnosis significantly reduces the time it takes to heal. Six weeks after an ankle fracture, those in a Harvard Medical School hypnosis group showed the equivalent of 8 ½ weeks of healing.Hypnotherapy and breast cancer
Women with metastatic breast cancer who received hypnotherapy experienced 50% less pain compared to a control group (1).
At a 10-year follow-up of these same women, the Hypnosis treatment group had double the survival rate of the control group (2).
